Volley Ball Tournament

Volleyball is a team sports in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964.

The ball is usually played with the hands or arms, but players can legally strike or push (short contact) the ball with any part of the body.

On 16th December, 2018, at 7:30 am Warriors Club invited Mr. Mohan Rao Nathala, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Metas Adventist college as Chief Guest and event was stated in the presence of Club in-charges, volunteers and participants after the opening prayer offered by Mr. Mohan Rao Nethala. Students, volunteers and participants participated in the game with huge enthusiasm and sporting spirit. Total four rounds (Qualifying round, Quarter Finals, Semi finals and Finals) were conducted for both girls and boys separately. Under the girls category, BALL BUSTERS stood at first position and THE ULTIMATES secured the second position. Under the boys category KAVI-SAMELAN stood at first position and ALL STARS secured second position. Trophies and certificates were handed over to the winners around at 1:30 pm on the same day (16th December, 2018) by Chief Guest Mr. Mohan Rao Nethala and closing prayer offered by Mr. Rambabu Sambattina.

Warriors Club thanked all the students, participants and volunteers for their support and priceless time.
