Internet Safety for Girl Child Workshop

During the forum students were given highlight on the effective use of Social Networking Sites like face book, integral , twitter , linkedin and also how they can be secured with their transactions on ecommerce

OBJECTIVES OF THE WORKSHOP

• 1 To Increase awareness on cyber bullying, netiquette, virus protection
• 2 To establish basic understanding of the rules of cyber law and also how to protect girls identity and also how to deal with the online risk of interacting with strangers.
• 3 Practical ways to even safeguard computer systems with the robust security software’s so that risk of online threats can be minimized
• 4 How to create unique passwords for online safety and how to build up strong passwords to avoid cyber scams
• 5 How to monitor online activity within parental controls and practical ways to prevent cyber bullying
• 6 To understand the process, mechanism of reporting cyber crime to the local police and administrative authorities.

Our students really got great insights on the effective ways to safeguard security of girl child on the internet. The knowledge delivery made by Shri Bhautik Sir was great. All students had a great learning experience too which they have been empowered with the safety parameters on the internet.
