Industrial Visit to Nasik, Maharashtra

Picnic cum field trip was organized for the students of MBA from 30 March to 2 April to Nashi and Igatpuri in Maharashtrs. Thirty eight students accompanied by two faculties Dr Priya Narayanan and Mr. ParvezMalek left on 30 march at6.00 amto nasik.

The group reached Igatpuri at 7.30 pm on march 30 and checked into the resort. Aril 1was planned with several activities. After breakfast the studentsvisited artillery museum which had a stunning collections of weapons and artillery of the Indian army. Several historic and new artillery weapons tanks were displayed.

The group went to Nasik Engineering cluster whichis the house of designs prototypes and model testing of automobile parts for industries in Maharashtra. A video presentation was organized about the cluster and its department s.The students were taken around the department s to have a view of designing activities.

After lunch and rest activities like swimming and indoor games was arranged followed by DJ Night were the students danced to the tune of popular numbers. On April the students visited Bhandarda dam and returned to Surat after dinner in valsad .The group reached at 12.45 am. Overall the trip was educative and entertaining for the students which was thoroughly enjoyed by the students. DR Priya narayanan
