Industrial Visit to Balaji Wafers

Metas Adventist College Placement Cell, along with subject teachers of Production and Operation management planed one day industrial visit to Balaji Wafers, Valsad.

The students arrived in Metas Campus at 7:00 am in the morning on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. After their breakfast from Hotel Krishna, Navsari they headed to BBALAJI WAFERS, VALSAD. The check in and Checkout timings was from 10:00 am to 2:30 Pm. The students were excited to see the industry and the production system. They asked so many questions from the Mr. Bhavin Patel, (HR Head) Nishi Paschal, (HR Executive) of Balaji wafers and all their quarries were answered by them. The students had a rich experience after visiting the industries. It was for them 2 a life time experience which would give them a better understanding while pursuing their subject PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT. After having Lunch at Sasuma Restaurant, Valsad we proceeded to college and reached at 6:30 PM at college campus.

Thanks to the entire faculty Mr. Khirod Dalpati, Mr. Parvez Malek, Ms. Surabhi Sugathan and Ms. Vishwa Kikaganesh who was there with students for their support. Thanks to the Placement Team and the Subject teacher of Production and Operations Management Ms. Surabhi Sugathan who had organized the industrial visit.
